Wayfarer Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Wayfarer. By using the app, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Entertainment and Reflection

Wayfarer provides tarot, journaling, study, astrology, and reflection features for personal insight and entertainment. The app does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Premium Features and Purchases

Wayfarer may offer premium access through auto-renewable subscriptions and/or one-time purchases. Prices, billing periods, trial availability, and included features are shown in the app before purchase.

• Payments are charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
• You can restore eligible purchases using the app's Restore Purchases option.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its services, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer backend systems, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features over time. Some features depend on Apple services, CloudKit, notifications, third-party APIs, or network availability, and may not always be available.

User Content

You are responsible for the journal entries, reflections, questions, and other content you create in the app. Keep your own backup of anything important. We are not responsible for loss of content caused by device, iCloud, network, or service issues.

Privacy

Your use of Wayfarer is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayfarer and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
